The 28th Annual General Meeting of the Northern Region
of the Caravan and Motorhome Club will be held at
The White Heather Hotel, Kirkbride, Cumbria. CA7 5HW
The meeting will commence at 2pm.
Refreshments will be served prior to the meeting
Notices of Motions signed by the Proposer and Seconder (including membership number) must be in the hands of the Region Secretary no less than 3 calendar months prior to the Annual General Meeting.
Nominations for Officers must be signed by the Nominee, Proposer and Seconder (including membership number) and be in the hands of the Region’s Secretary not less than 28 days prior to the Annual General Meeting.
This meeting is open to ALL members of a Northern Region Centre.

Take the A595 heading to West Cumbria. At the roundabout at Thursby, take the 3rd exit on the A596 S/P Wigton. In 5 miles, on the Wigton bypass, turn right (before the bridge over the road) to Oulton. Follow the road for 5m then turn left towards the Kirkbride Airfield. In 3/4m turn left, into the White Heather Hotel car park.
There will be yellow CC Rally signage to follow.

will be held at Cawthorne Village Hall Tivy Barnsley Yorkshire S75 2EH
The meeting will commence at 11am.
Refreshments will be served prior to the meeting at 10.15am.
