A belated Happy New Year to you all and welcome to your NYC 2026 rally book.

As we enter our 60^th year and look forward to our Celebration rally in the summer, let us not forget where we came from, the immense efforts and time sacrificed, that past and current members have put into the centre rallies and events for the benefit of others.

The enjoyment shown on people’s faces is priceless, seeing members’ children growing over the years, attending rallies and paving their way in life is wonderful to watch and reminisce, and seeing them return in later years with their own family is just amazing.

My 2^nd term as your centre chair is ably backed up by the support from my good lady and your centre consort, Bev and together we will continue to share the warm welcome we show at NYC rallies and on our tour around Northern Division Centres and further afield.

We have another action packed season ahead, with over 40 rallies and two new venues at Fraisthorpe Beach holiday rally and Knaresborough post Celebration follow on - both holiday rallies.

First time ralliers have increased this last year, and we hope many of those are reading this book now and planning the season ahead – thank you for staying with us and we hope you will continue to support our / your centre and please do tell your friends who are not members what they are missing.

My heartfelt thanks go to all the centre committee and officers who, like many others, do an      amazing job for our centre and some continue to go, above and beyond, even after standing down from committee, they feel so much pride for the centre and the friends they have made.

Have a wonderful 2026 season and we hope to catch up with many of you on a rally field very soon.
