Bonfire Rally – 7th -9th November 2008

I would like to thank on behalf of the Teenage Committee everyone who brought raffle prizes, helped in the sale and folding of the tickets and especially for the people who bought them.  We raised on behalf of Butterwick Children’s Hospice and The North Air Ambulance £219.00.  Thank you very much.

We will be holding a raffle at the Hand Book Social and would appreciate your continued support by donating any prizes (we would welcome those unwanted Christmas gifts!)

We will also be holding the Cake Stall at the 10% Rally and your contributions of delicious scones, yummy cakes, crispy biscuits etc will be gratefully received (and no doubt eaten as enthusiastically as they are made!!!)

2008 Teenager of the Year - Dan Loughran

2008 Teenager of the Year

Teenage Treat

All the teenagers attended at a Paint Ball day from the Cattrick Racecourse Ralley.  What a fabulous time we had.

It was a lovely treat as a reward for all the hard work the Teenage Committee had done whilst fund raising during the year but the trip was
open for all the teenagers.

We travelled to Point Blank near Darlington.   We were kitted out with overalls and protective headwear.  We were altogether as a team but
there were other teams too.  John Loughran accompanied us and had almost as much fun as us (possibly even more!!!).  The paint balls hit
you at some speed, if you were not quick enough to get out of the way. We went through different challenges and had a thoroughly great day.

Thank you to John for chaparoning us and to the Committee for the
treat.
